To replace multiple Excel files, ALLKEYME was used to create a multi-business application that allows:

- The creation of commercial operations and their positioning on an annual calendar (with details of each operation milestone: order date, restocking date, etc.)

- The creation of promotions (product/price pair) based on a repository received from SAP

- Sending the created promotions to SAP and other group systems for operational execution

- Controlling the consistency of the promotional offer to avoid overlapping promotions

- Optimization of orders and supplies

- Margin control via a "price scheme" view that breaks down the different levels of discount and margin for the central office and its members
