Kiabi, France's leading clothing retailer, is ahead of the game when it comes to second-hand clothing!
Kiabi has strong ambitions in this area, with 150 points of sale currently offering a panel of 1,500 second-hand items to KIABI customers, 300 points of sale by the end of 2023 and 500 planned by the end of 2025.
In order to guarantee a flawless supply to its points of sale and to manage its stock, Kiabi wanted to equip itself with a high-performance tool, hyper-adapted to this new business process and which frees its teams from all Excel handling.

KIABI chose ALLKEYME for its ability to perfectly match business processes and implement the complex management rules in place in the Excel files used to launch this new activity.
Time-to-market requirements are also a key criterion: less than 2 months for production use of the new application.

THE PROJECT
The project was classically divided into 3 phases:
Phase 1 - Scoping: in 2 weeks, on the basis of existing flows and Excel files and discussions with the Kiabi team, all the management rules and business processes were identified and formalized.
Phase 2 - The realization: 3 iterations of 2 weeks each allowed the realization of the solution.
ALLKEYME's NoCode, flexibility and standard capabilities enabled this speed of realization, as well as the adjustment of management rules and the creation of new screens on demand, as construction progressed.
The application covers the entire perimeter:
- Automatic integration of sales and inventory data
- Create and modify master data by import or via screens, whether for repositories (stores, items, hierarchies, etc.), target stock calculation parameters or assortment lifecycle data.
- Multi-stage generation and automatic dispatch of store restocking orders.
Phase 3 - Start-up: from the start of production, over a 3-week period, store restocking orders were generated by AllKeyMe in parallel with the Excels files, until the Kiabi team was fully confident.

A "classically" developed solution would have taken between 8 and 10 months ==> implementation time divided by 4 to 5
